3M 100 Series Bag FilterThe 3M 100 series high performance liquid filter bag is constructed of polypropylene melt blown microfibers, allowing for very fine particle capture at high efficiencies. All 3M 100 series liquid filter bags are over 90% efficient at their suggested application rating.
Can also adsorb unwanted trace oils that frequently occur in processed fluids.

3M 500 Series Bag FilterIncorporates the bypass and transport layer design that maximizes the amount of surface area in each bag. To make use of this entire surface area, 3M 500 series liquid filter bag is constructed using the Bypass/Transport concept, specially designed bypass holes are cut into certain areas of the filter media to prevent premature blinding of the filter. The outer layers of the filter provide a highly uniform barrier for final particle filtration.

3M DF Series Bag FilterThe 3M DF series filter element consists of two cylinders bonded to a top plate and a lower seal plate. As fluid enters the top of the filter through flow channels in the top plate, it flows between the inner and outer media cylinders.
The 3M DF series filter element design reduces hold-up fluid volume by 67% compared to conventional filter bags, which helps minimize worker exposure to process fluids due to less frequent bag change-outs.
