Zeta Plus H & HPA charge-modified depth filter constructed with high-tensile strength media to perform efficiently even under operating conditions requiring elevated operating temperatures or repeated hot water sanitation cycles.
Available in either standard sheet or easy to use, labor saving cartridges. Zeta Plus H Series filters are available in 8, 12 and 16 inch diameter cartridges, providing filtration surface areas from 2.8 ft² to 39.7 ft² (0.26 m² to 3.7 m²) per cartridge. This broad range of cartridge configurations allows for easy scaleup from the bench top to pilot scale to full production. The Zeta Plus H Series is ideally suited for clarification and pre-filtration in food and beverage, cosmetic, and general applications where the exceptional high wet-tensile strength media provides extended service life.

Zeta Plus MHThe Zeta Plus MH Series filter design consists of two distinct layers, or “zones” of filter media with the upstream zone more open than the downstream zone. This structure enhances the contaminant holding capacity of the filter media, since larger particles are trapped in the upper zone of the filter media and smaller particles are trapped in the lower zone, reducing premature plugging and extending service life. The two filter zones can be independently selected and combined to optimize performance.
The Zeta PlusTM MH series is ideally suited for clarification and prefiltration in food and beverage, cosmetic, and general applications where the exceptional high wet-tensile strength media, combined with the innovative dual-zone design, provides extended service life. These include aqueous, alcoholic, proteinaceous, and acidic solutions.

Zeta Plus U & UWZeta Plus U & UW filter media are specifically designed for the reconditioning of insulating oils used in the utility industry. Zeta Plus charge-modified filter media uses electrokinetic adsorption to remove contaminants and colloid materials smaller than those removed by mechanical sieving alone.
High Efficiency Grades Zeta Plus Utility Series Filters are available in two formulations, U & UW. The U formulation is recommended for use with oils contaminated mainly with carbon particles while the UW formulation is specially formulated for use with oils contaminated with both carbon particles and moisture.
