Tru-PleatPleated Synthetic Elements:
Tru-Pleat elements feature 100% polypropylene or polyester construction. These versatile industrial filters are optimized to provide more usable surface area, high flow rates, and excellent contaminant loading capacity. End caps, media, cores and netting are all thermally bonded providing a high degree of compatibility with a wide range of process fluids. Tru-Pleat elements are available in a broad range of efficiency ratings and with common endcap configurations, such as double open end, single open end, 222 o-rings, 226 o-ring with locking ears, fins, and core extenders.

Tru-Pleat GPleated Microglass Elements:
Tru-Pleat G elements feature microglass filtration media. Designed specifically for micro-filtration, Tru-Pleat G elements are optimized to provide high flow rates, and excellent contaminant loading capacity at absolute micron ratings. End caps, media, cores and netting are all thermally bonded providing a high degree of compatibility with a wide range of process fluids. Tru-Pleat G elements are available with common endcap configurations, such as double open end, single open end, 222 o-rings, 226 o-ring with locking ears, fins, and core extenders.

Our engineers use proprietary pleat optimization techniques to maximize the useful filtration area in the Tru-Pleat XL series. This product combines up to 85 ft2 of synthetic filter media, corrosion resistant hardware and absolute efficiency ratings to offer the ultimate solution in rugged, high performance filtration.
