Suez Flotrex Pleated Cartridges
Flotrex AP CartridgeConstructed with gradient density thermally bonded polypropylene microfiber media, absolute rated Flotrex AP filters combine exceptional solids-holding capacities with precise micron retention ratings. The FAP filters are constructed of FDA acceptable high-purity polypropylene. FAP filters are absolute-rated for air, gas and liquid filtration with low pressure drop across the wide range of 0.65 to 40 microns. Sheets of meltblown media are layered to provide absolute particle retention, high solids loading and long service life.
Flotrex AP filters are available in the following nominal pore size micron rating: 0.65, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20 and 40 μm. Applications: • Prefiltration of Pharmaceuticals & Biological Fluids – protection for final filters • High Throughput for Beer Filtration • Prefiltration and Final Chemical Filtration – broad chemical compatibility |
Flotrex GF CartridgeAn absoluterated, glass microfiber filter. The filters do not leach any flavor-altering substances and are ideal for final filtration applications. FGF filters have the important International Bottled Water Association (IBWA)- recommended 1.0-micron absolute rating.
The FGF filter is just one example of our strong commitment to liquid, air and gas treatment. Flotrex GF filters are specifically designed for high throughput and long service life. Typical applications include: • Final Filtration for Bottled Water • Prefiltration of Pharmaceuticals and Biologicals • Cosmetic Oil, Gel and Shampoo Filtration • Beverage Clarification • Paints and Coatings • Ink

Flotrex GF-C CartridgeDesigned for the removal of Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts from potable water sources. The cysts from these parasitic microorganisms are a significant cause of water born disease. Because of their small size and resistance to chlorine disinfection, they are not reliably controlled by conventional water treatment methods. By meeting NSF/ANSI Standard 53, the FGF-C filters retain >99.95% of these cysts and can help prevent the illnesses they cause.
Flotrex GF filters are used for cyst reduction and clarification. Typical applications include: • Filtration of Bottled Water • Beverage Clarification • Potable Water

Flotrex HR CartridgeMade entirely from Halar (ECTFE) (Halar is a trademark of Ausimont.), an industrial-grade fluoropolymer with excellent solvent resistance. FHR filters can withstand the harshest process conditions due to this virtually indestructible material. Providing broad chemical compatibility, you can count on our filters to produce consistent, uniform process streams in your most demanding filtration applications.
FHR filters deliver high flow rates and high-purity results with absolute rated efficiencies and retention characteristics that typically outperform polypropylene fiber filters. The FHR filter is just one example of our strong commitment to fluid treatment. Available in a range of 3, 10 and 25 µm, FHR filters are manufactured and packaged in a cleanroom environment for assured cleanliness. FHR filters are designed for both pre- and final filtration. Typical applications include: • Filtration of aggressive chemicals including Toluene and Xylene • Filtration of Ozonated Water • Beverage

Flotrex PN CartridgesThe all polypropylene construction of the FPN filters provides superior chemical compatibility. The gradient density, thermally bonded polypropylene media has excellent dirt holding capacities and reliable retention characteristics. FPN filters do not contain any adhesives or additives.
Typical applications: • Filtration of liquid polymers, coatings, and inks • Filtration of bulk chemicals • Beer trap filtration • Post Carbon bed and DI bed filtration • Pre-filtration to protect expensive final filters
