ComPleatThe new Com-Pleat Pleated Polypropylene Filter Element features advances in pleat and hardware design, the Com-Pleat™ provides outstanding filtration and contaminant loading performance. The Com-Pleat™ features a one piece cage design that eliminates joints and connectors. This allows the use of a continuous length polypropylene media pack, providing more continuous surface area. This translates into increased dirt holding capacity, which yields
long on-stream life. We also distribute the ComPleat High Dirt cartridges.

MM-ScreenMM series screen wrapped elements are cleanable and reusable stainless steel surface filters for removing solids from liquids, compressed air, and most gaseous fluids. MM-Screen elements are assembled by wrapping layers of stainless steel mesh cloth around a perforated support core. These elements are available in grades from 5 to 750. They provide approximately 255 sq. in. (1645 sq. cm.) of effective filtration area. Recommended flow rates are based on specific applications.

PleatGardDesigned for installation in PECO Series 30F inline gas filter vessels, PleatGard elements remove dust, scale, rust, sand and other particulates from air and gas streams. Durable, highly efficient, synthetic filter media and corrosion resistant hardware ensure that PleatGard elements stand up to the toughest application needs. The basket style configuration provides for easy installation and removal while isolating contaminants and preventing spillage into the vessel during removal of spent elements. A chevron gasket provides a positive seal that gets tighter as the elements get dirtier. This prevents seal breaches at high differential pressure.

PleatXtream EThe PleatXtream E series retrofits directly into vessels that are designed for 3M 740 style elements. An economical alternative, the PleatXtream E offers high surface area, a large range of filtration grades, an ergonomic handle and an o-ring seal. Structurally, the PleatXtream E offers a large diameter, corrosion resistant, steel core, eliminating worries about crushing the delicate element support posts found in many vessels.
A choice of cellulose, glass/cellulose composite or cellulose/synthetic composite media provides nominal filtration performance and service life in a wide range of applications.

PorometPoromet filter elements are designed to easily install in most commercially available vessels. Made from 316 stainless steel, this series of cleanable elements stands up to the most
challenging fluid filtration applications. Whether it is high-temperature, highly corrosive or it’s just too costly to maintain with throw-away elements, the Poromet series offers an affordable, durable, reusable solution.

PureClearPrecision Wound Elements:
The continuously graded pore structure creates a network of tapered passages that capture contaminants throughout the media. The true depth filtration prevents the element from blinding off when filtering fluids containing deformable particles or gels. PureClear elements are an excellent choice as a pre-filter to protect more expensive final filters. The element's mechanical strength enables it to be used in demanding applications such as the filtration of well completion fluids or lube oil. PureClear elements are available in various materials of construction offering excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of fluids and temperature ranges.

Res-PureRes-Pure resin bonded elements provide reliability and durability at a practical price. Gradient density and long fiber length are the backbone of this filter, creating a highly effective barrier to a broad spectrum of contaminants with minimal media migration, fiber shedding and contaminant unloading. Silicone free, Res-Pure elements eliminate adhesion issues in coating applications. When compared to similar melt blown alternatives, Res-Pure elements provide superior crush strength without the use of a core and offer better stability in highly viscous fluids.
|
Tex-PureRolled Depth Elements:
PECO originally created the Tex-Pure product in the 1930's from simple, readily available cotton materials and introduced it to the oil & gas industry for compressor lube oil filtration. In the decades since it has become an industry icon known as the "sock filter". Today, Tex-Pure elements are available in a variety of materials providing flexibility, economy and reliable depth filtration for many industrial applications.

Tru-CellPleated Composite Elements:
Cellulose media alone has limited efficiency and is prone to swelling shut in aqueous fluids. By combining synthetic and cellulose fibers, the Tru-Cell series offers improved efficiency ratings and minimizes the effects of swelling in aqueous applications. Available with or without a core, Tru-Cell elements easily install in a variety of vessels with standard element support posts or core style posts. Tru-Cell elements are available in all typical sizes and with the most common end cap configurations.
|
TruGardPleated Air/Gas Filter Elements:
The combination of corrosion resistant hardware and tough synthetic media give the TruGard “TRUE” staying power in the presence of corrosive, erosive and oxidizing contaminants. The absolute rated media stops particulate from reaching your critical equipment with no worries about tearing, swelling, shedding or unloading. Using a high surface area pleated media, the TruGard also boasts a high dirt loading capacity, yielding extended service life.

Tuff-PleatPleated Synthetic Elements: Large Diameter, Reinforced
Tuff-Pleat is manufactured with proprietary blends of polyester and microglass media supported with epoxy coated steel reinforcement and corrosion resistant steel hardware. This construction increases the element’s structural strength and prevents pleat deformation that can lead to less than optimal media utilization. Synthetic medias are well known for their resistance to swelling in aqueous solutions, have outstanding chemical compatibility and high dirt holding capacities.

WaterSorbWaterSorb elements filter particulates and absorb water from petroleum based fluids. As fluid flows through the element, particulate is removed by pleated cellulose filter media and water is absorbed by a hydrophilic media. As water is absorbed the hydrophilic layer expands and flow decreases. Under water slug conditions, the media swells and shuts down flow indicating the element is ready to be changed. Absorbing highly emulsified water to levels below 15 ppm, WaterSorb ensures a clean, dry product from start-up to shut-down.
